| Joshua M. Ambush Principal Joshua Ambush founded the Law Offices of Joshua M. Ambush, LLC in 2001. Since then, Josh has emerged as a specialist in complex federal civil litigation, claims against foreign sovereigns in U.S. courts, terrorism law and corporate governance, immigration, commercial contracts and governmental affairs. He is currently a member of the Plaintiffs' Executive Committee for September 11th multi-district litigation. In addition, Josh spearheaded an initiative to condemn foreign countries that aid the transnational abduction of children by non custodial parents for practicing a contemporary form of slavery as part of the United Nations Commission on Human Rights. He also was counsel to parents of kidnapped American children held in Saudi Arabia against their will, and advised Chairman Dan Burton and witnesses during Congressional hearings. |
| David E. Austin Associate
David joined the practice in 2006 after completing a clerkship with the Hon. Mark I. Bernstein of the Philadelphia Commerce Court. While in law school, David was the Editor-in-Chief of The University of Maryland Law Journal of Race, Religion, Gender, and Class and received the William P. Cunningham Award for Service to the Law School. Before coming to law school, he was a computer programmer and internet developer for a brokerage firm on Wall Street and for a large technology consulting company in Washington, D.C.. He is also an active composer of music and recently completed a commission for the New Jersey Youth Symphony. |
